Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of native Finnish plants for your balcony garden. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss return or exchange options.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address or phone number provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with photos of the item and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or refund.
